About

The Queens Head, Kirkby-La-Thorpe

We've seen some big changes at the Queens Head, we've pushed to create a brand new pub and restaurant that appeals to the heart of the community. From a brand new bar and restaurant, to bespoke outdoor tables and pergolas in our new outside dining area. We hope you've enjoyed the journey we've been on as much as we have and we can't wait to see you over the coming weeks, months and years here at Queens Head, Kirkby-La-Thorpe.

The Queens Head has long been renowned for being a top ranking UK pub and restaurant. When taking on this fantastic pub we always knew it would have to continue to be a venue synonymous with fine food, and so the first thing we did was hire a fantastic chef; Barry Liversidge (@LiversidgeBaz) who has helped us transform the place from top to bottom. From taking the keys and opening the doors in 2021, it's been a pleasure to renovate the Queens Head and give Kirkby-La-Thorpe a pub and restaurant they are proud of once more. We love to hear from our community, to hear what you want from us and to hope that you can't wait to come back.

Accessible & Inclusive Tourism

We strive to make our venue accessible for all, catering for varying dietary requirements, accessible toilet facilities and boasting a single level across our entire floor plan. Our menus provide a large font and staff are on hand to help with any visual impairment. We take pride in our responsibility to accessible and inclusive tourism, even down to availability of doggy treats and water, we hope we can make all our guests feel welcome, comfortable amd catered for.
